Our clients challenged us to plan sites for vacation homes overlooking a golf course without obscuring the views from the Tom Fazio-designed course. Our hillside housing plan and design guidelines beautifully integrate these new residences with the mountainside near Palm Springs. Our plan featured environmentally sensitive placement of new homes within a naturally rocky site.
